Senators Lincoln, Ward moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as cosponsors on the resolution. Without objection, it was so ordered. SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 10 was read the third time. The question being: "Shall SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 10 Urging the United States Congress to fully fund the operational readiness and recapitalization requirements of the United States Coast Guard, pass the Senate?"
